On the Line with Bob Considine #QuarantineReady Sprints Freshman football. Coach Fred Warrecker. Old-school killer. Every practice ended with: “ON THE LINE WITH BOB CONSIDINE!” We didn’t know who Bob was, but we knew it meant pain. All-out effort? You were a damn hero. Sandbag it? You got called out in front of the team like you stole lunch money. Coach never lost more than one game a season… In 40 YEARS. Fatigue wasn’t an excuse—we went both ways like Waffle House employees on double shift. The Warrecker Sprint Gauntlet: (2 sets of each) • 10 yards – rest 20 sec • 20 yards – rest 30 sec • 30 yards – rest 40 sec • 40 yards – rest 40 sec • 50 yards – rest 60 sec • 40 yards – rest 40 sec • 30 yards – rest 40 sec • 20 yards – rest 30 sec • 10 yards – rest 20 sec How to level up: • Add distance • Cut rest • Strap on a vest • Pack more sprints in the same time • Run like your ex is watching • Double down with extra sessions • Improvise like you're broke and hungry This ain’t a brunch walk. Sprint like your starting spot depends on it—because it used to. 📸: The legend himself @HerschelWalker 🐐

When I did not participate in training, preseason and first 12 weeks of regular season and 1st game back play 50+ plays and help my team @Chiefs Win against the patriots in New England 2019 season. Then go on to win the Super Bowl 🙏🏾✊🏾😉😉😉 #ANYTIME #QuarantineREADY
