Report on #PulseChain paid ads as of a few days ago.
Meta removed 4 out of 5 of the ads, we managed to redesign one and get that live so now 2 of the banners in previous post are running on Instagram in UK, US and AUS.
@GoPulsecom are you able to see if the clicks marry up to the traffic coming through for the portfolio checker page they should be linking through to? Are you also able to see how many do actually check their portfolio?
I am paying for the paid media publications shortly so $11,895 will move from the fund.
I made the decision to invest 5.5k of the unassigned 10k buffer into the #pDAI lows the other day. Apologies, this was very controversial and I understand why. It was a decision made to try and grow the budget. I later moved 5.5k moved back into pegged DAI, so the fund has increased by 10.3m pDAI at no loss.
I will either, send all the pDAI proportionally to those who donated (maybe minus the big whales to increase the impact). Or wait for pDAI to increase and sell some at the end of the contract to keep the marketing going.
With regards to influencers as we were in such a state of flux and everything was negative we chose to sit on that for a bit. I think in the coming weeks we should pull the trigger on that and go hard into this - as hopefully we can get a few hooked and they will continue to market for us.

Big conferences are fun...but they're expensive to put on and and months of work. They are expensive to travel to and you can never please everyone with the locale. Plus, the hotel industrial complex is finely tuned at extracting a lot of $$$ out of any entity who tries to run one (which makes just breaking even for the organizers very hard).
Props to Mati for organizing, its a lot of tedious work and planning to manage registrations, create badges, deal with refunds, book hotel rooms, get a meeting space, print schedules & banners, work with sponsors, order swag, build goodie bags, juggle technology for presentations, livestream, organize food & activities, etc. All of that only gets you people in a room with chairs for the most part. Want something with visual WOW, now you're looking at an event production company for lighting, AV equipment, and event space decorating. The dollars add up fast.
Maybe it's time to take it back to grassroots like @CryptoVince369 and others have talked about. Create a local meetup to talk about the RH ecosystem or crypto in general. Bring it back to basics. Challenge popular narrative and bring facts. Talk about decentralization and the effort Richard has put into it. Point to the builders and the tools the community has created. I mean, a meetup might not beat a postcard but it could be something anyone could do.
