We’ve been waiting for this post for a long time — you truly honored us and gave us exactly what we were hoping for on an emotional level. Grateful beyond words.
Thanks, lord! 🥰💪
Occasionally, if you trade coins that have deprived PulseX of buy and burn by putting their liquidity somewhere else, you can get better order execution using piteas dot io. They're an order aggregator that combines liquidity from places outside PulseX. But for instance, if you're trading stable or weth for PLS, PLSX, HEX it's basically the same, except for infrastructure risk. You have to actually check what you receive as well, because some estimates aren't as good as others. Thus it's nice to have an aggregator for weird coins, but sucks a bit that it starves PLSX of buy and burn. Attached are some tests showing routes.
repackaging the same information everyone has known for days, just rewording it and calling it "latest updates" is absolute nonsense. please go farm engagement somewhere else.
there's still literally not a single piece of new information. i'm calling on everyone: if you genuinely want answers, the best approach is to reach out to the lawyers who defended Richard during his SEC case. he might still be represented by one of them, meaning that's where actual information could come from. according to The Block, they reportedly managed to contact one of those attorneys, David Kirk, but unfortunately no further details were shared. we don't have the connections or means to do this ourselves, but surely there are people in the community capable of taking the lead on this.
under normal circumstances, there should've been a clear legal decision by now: formal detention, release under judicial supervision (travel ban, etc.), provisional detention pending extradition, or outright release. in other words, he should've already appeared before a judge by now. but since the investigation is confidential and he's reportedly subject to an Interpol Red Notice, they could even be waiting for extradition documents from Finland. if that's the case, we might be looking at an 18-40 day process, meaning a possible outcome sometime between November 1-23.
we still suspect the lack of developments is related to the Interpol/Finland side of things, but none of this is official or confirmed. we're still working with assumptions, nothing more. knowing Richard's personality, he's probably the kind of guy who has a plan A, B and C for pretty much everything. but whether this particular situation was ever part of those plans is anyone's guess. again, pure speculation.
if you want actual information, please try contacting the lawyers who previously represented him in the SEC case and simply ask whether they have any updates. there's nothing illegal or inappropriate about asking.
+ according to the latest media reports, vehicles belonging to his wife have been seized, which is pretty standard procedure during an investigation. at least we're finally getting some solid information confirming that he's married. still, there's been no word from his lawyers yet.
regarding the situation 👇
the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has now issued an official statement about the case, but the confidentiality order is still in effect. we have some information, although all of it still needs to be verified.
- judging by the details, Interpol is also monitoring the investigation, and possible extradition to Finland is on the table. however, the initial investigation by local law enforcement needs to be completed first. this isn't a simple procedure.
- as you can see from the final paragraph of the chief prosecutor's statement, this looks more like an operation based on an international wanted notice rather than a domestic criminal investigation. of course, if there are additional details, they'll become clearer over time. our initial impression is that since there doesn't appear to be a locally committed offense, the next step would involve negotiations with the country requesting extradition.
- although this still needs confirmation, we believe Richard is in contact with his lawyers, which is important. they're the most reliable people to get actual official information from. in fact, the only truly accurate information will probably come from them, because most local reporting is just rushed, sensationalized content meant to generate headlines.
personal take: Trump and Erdoğan have good bilateral relations, and assuming there are no serious, non-pardonable criminal offenses involved, i believe an official request could be received favorably. however, the Finnish authorities' position is also extremely important here, since Finland was the country that requested the Interpol Red Notice in the first place. hopefully his lawyers are considering this angle too, so Richard Heart can properly defend himself against all these allegations back in his home country, as he should be able to.
once again, and i can't stress this enough: if you want actual official information, please try reaching out to his lawyers.
+ also, you really shouldn't look at this as a reason to turn against Turkey or its judicial system. they apprehended someone who was subject to an Interpol Red Notice and chose to highlight the case because of the allegations against him. i honestly don't think the scenario would've been much different if this had happened in the UK or Italy. Richard chose Turkey as a safe haven, and judging by the chief prosecutor's statement, they seem to be aware of that too. so let's just let the legal process and international bureaucracy do what they're supposed to do. at the end of the day, all that matters is being able to finally say Richard is free.
there’s so much absolute nonsense flying around right now. have you guys completely lost your minds?
we’re in touch with the guys of our team who lives in Turkey, and they’ve also tried getting information through local sources, but that’s simply not how things work here. there’s currently a confidentiality order on the investigation, and the only realistic way to get information is through Richard’s lawyers or an official statement to the press. the initial detention period is usually around 3-4 days, although in certain circumstances it can be extended to 7. eventually, though, a decision has to be made on whether to formally arrest him or release him.
from what we can tell, this detention appears to be part of a domestic investigation rather than an Interpol operation, but nothing is confirmed. some of you are taking a name found on a gun permit and making all kinds of ridiculous claims based on a name match. that’s just stupid. the name is extremely common, basically like John Doe. it could be the name Richard adopted if he obtained Turkish citizenship, or it could have absolutely nothing to do with him. we simply don't know.
looking at the photos published in the news, there are also indications that a woman and a little girl may have been living in the same house. a pink jacket, handwritten notes that look like someone practicing English, etc. but the guns? that part is still hard to make sense of.
anyway, we’re trying to get information about the case, but the confidentiality order makes everything much harder. so if you genuinely want answers, please try reaching out to his lawyers instead of inventing random theories. the attorneys who represented him in the SEC case might still be representing him. get facts, not theories!
we’ve seen dozens of similar operations in Turkey over the past year or two. there’s practically news about financial crime investigations every single day. what we don't know is exactly which category this particular case falls into.
also, let’s clear up a few things. i’ve seen people claiming that if Richard is a Turkish citizen, extradition would be impossible. that's not necessarily true. whether extradition happens can depend on the circumstances and discussions between the two governments. please stop taking a couple of legal provisions and presenting your interpretation as an absolute fact. there are plenty of real-world cases that show how complicated these things can be. seized materials are held as part of the investigation, and Turkey isn't quite the third-world country some of you seem to imagine. a few corrupt cops can't just walk away with the seized assets, nor can someone simply throw a few million dollars in bribes around and magically walk free. if we can find out the actual charges and details of the investigation, then we can start answering the real question: what happens next? he could face trial without being held in custody, be released under a travel ban while proceedings continue, be remanded in custody, or be released entirely.
the only thing that really hurts is knowing he was so close to us and we didn't even have a single line of communication with him. we're ready to do whatever we legally can to help, but we can't stand against the rule of law. if he's released pending trial and needs a place to stay around here, our doors are open. a home, a hotel, whatever he needs. we genuinely hope he's innocent and gets released.
so please, try contacting his lawyers for actual information, or seek assistance through the US consulate in Turkey. unfortunately, the confidentiality order on the case means there's very little we can do from here right now.
we’ll do our best to stay updated.
Not sure how anyone can think this is SEC related. I can't imagine it's anything other than Finland tax related.
That said, unless he's actually retarded, he's been planning for this eventuality for a long time, knowing it could be any day. That's not how I'd want to live, but it would give me a lot of opportunity to set up contingency plans for when it did. So I think it's safe to assume he has done some significant work to ensure his creations survive. And that the Turkish police wouldn't find his private keys on a post-it in his nightstand labeled "ETH Stash Here".
The fact that this tax issue hasn't been resolved already is a little concerning to me. Initial thoughts are that Finland is being unreasonable, there's a genuine legal/factual dispute that needs to be litigated, or there are significant (i.e. security) issues with disclosing information needed to resolve the charges. Just guesses, but any of those would explain the gridlock. So would other things. Sometimes parties are just too far apart to resolve things out of court.
The "we're all going to die/sell it down to zero/hair on fire" crowd is ridiculous. What has changed since yesterday, really? I mean, people have lots of theories, zero facts to back them up. And yet they're perfectly willing to sell at a loss based on that emotion. OK, I guess.
The positive thing? We'll actually get to see (finally) what the charges entail. Like what Finland has really bitching about this whole time. I tried more than a few times to get info out of the Helsinki PD and court system, and came up empty. Now we'll have some actual certainty.
Or, everyone could panic. At least that burns calories.
until we hear directly from Richard himself or his lawyer, the entire community is basically reacting to a single news headline rn, for better or worse. we're all running on headlines, not actual facts.
Turkey has seen a ton of similar operations lately. early reports suggested Interpol was involved, which kinda adds weight to the idea that Finland requested the arrest. so far, there's literally zero evidence or even a single hint linking this detention to the SEC. most likely, it's part of the Finnish investigation, and after the initial questioning in TR, he'll probably be extradited to FIN, where the whole process will continue.
yeah, the market got absolutely nuked with massive red candles over this, but we're still keeping the faith. hoping to see a post from the man himself ASAP.
stay strong, Richard! 💪
unfortunately, reports are coming in that Richard has been arrested. hopefully, his detention won’t last long.
perhaps @NuclearHerbs can shed more light on the situation.
@RichardHeartWin was detained in Istanbul this morning.
From the public reporting, this is connected to the Finnish tax investigation that produced the Interpol Red Notice (aggravated tax evasion tied to his time living and operating there).
The U.S. SEC case was already dismissed last year and is not active.
He is alive, in custody as part of a legal process, and has the resources and strong counsel to handle complex international tax and residency questions.
These kinds of disputes involving crypto income are detailed and often resolved through proper legal channels.
The Hex and PulseChain community has seen him navigate major regulatory hurdles before.
Stay calm, let the lawyers work, and give the process room.
Wishing him a fair hearing and the best possible outcome.

If you’re looking to reduce exposure to front-running and unnecessary tracking when trading on PulseChain, you may want to try @zkxwallet together with @piteasio.
ZKX Wallet runs on our own node infrastructure, with no trackers or user-data collection. From the outside, things stay quiet - there’s simply much less/no information being exposed.
But don’t take my word for it. Test it yourself and see.
@piteasio also does a solid job of routing transactions efficiently and reliably.
imagine getting a notification from @RichardHeartWin and the video starts with:
hellowww everybody, Richard Heart here…
guys… the whole timeline would stop breathing for a second 💀😂
