@STVNews The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) now need to investigate #QuickMobileFix I paid for a phone last year that I never received & every month they send me the same response; they will refund my money. Many have been scammed by them yet they are still stealing from people.

#QuickMobileFix still fobbing me off with the usual nonsense, promising someone will get back to me, and I will get the £100 they stole from me. AVOID them they will take your money but not send you the goods. #Crooks

Avoid #QuickMobileFix They are lying robbing 🤬 This has been ongoing since Boxing Day 2020, giving me different dates I will be reimbursed. They know 120 days has passed and I cant dispute it. Will you be giving me back my money back? @QuickMobileFix

#quickmobilefix 83 days and still no refund. The most disappointing and unprofessional company. Please do not use them as you (or your family members) will be left frustrated and out of pocket

@QuickMobileFix #QuickMobileFix Avoid unless you wish to lose your money: Day 53 with NO REFUND. •31st August 2020 : Phone ordered. £169.99 taken from my credit card immediately and promised delivery with 7-10 days. Order cancelled 12th September 2020. No refund to-date.

Hi @conor_pope I purchased a phone from #QuickMobileFix It was faulty so returned it as agreed with them and now they will not respond to emails to tell me where my phone is. QMF are a UK based company. Any suggestions for my next step would be great Conor. Thanks!

#quickmobilefix Terrible, terrible service. Placed an order three weeks ago, and aside from a surly customer 'support' email two weeks ago, have heard nothing since. Fulfil my order or refund me.
