Absolutely disgusted with @TheRAC_UK. My son & 2 grandkids were stranded for HOURS after a breakdown on the M4. Promised recovery never came. Dumped at Cardiff Gate & left till nearly midnight. All this while trying to visit me in the hospital. #RACFail #NeverAgain

@TheRAC_UK @MartinDaubney Well as advertisements go. I don't think the AA or ANY other breakdown company could do much worse! I'd be handing out a very large apology along with a refund for service. You can get anywhere in 10 hours...... Hell even 4hrs with the right coverage #RACFail #RoadsideSafe?

I am NOT having a good week. Jason picked me up in York & we broke down! Since then waiting for @TheRAC_UK now 3 hours and they are saying another 2-3 before they can help us. Unable to lock the car and leave it. I’ve had 5 hours sleep since Saturday. Chin up bab! #racfail

Finally made it home 18 hours later for what should have been a 2.5hr trip! #RacFail @TheRAC_UK awful service! #NoCommunication Thanks to the 2 tow truck drivers who towed us!
