Another rare look at the usually secretive Boeing NT-43A making a public appearance at Palmdale’s Plant 42. We never imagined we’d ever see this unique Boeing 737 variant in person — let alone this close. Truly a unique aircraft! #NT43A #ratt55

#AE654A as #NASA522/#RATT55 Up from Edwards AFB KEDW, last time we saw 522 was for the Orion capsule re-entry back on April 10th. Today headed to the north and climbed to 26,000 feet over the Bakersfield, Porterville, Foothill 2 and Foothill 1 MOAs. Flipped a U and went down to Plant 42 KPMD for some pattern work with 5 times around in the pattern. Returned back to KEDW with a flight time of 1 hour and 39 minutes. Good to see you again👋.

#ACD5A1 as #N926NA The WB-57 was up at the same time as #RATT55 earlier today. There's also a scheduled flight of #NASA522 tomorrow. Is #RATT55 supporting the Artemis II launch tomorrow? Crazy if it is!

#A10635 as #RATT55 I'm going break down 55s flight and then add the other possible players for this test below. 55 appeared out of nowhere at 34,675 feet. Stayed between 34,675 feet and down to 30,975 feet for the whole test. This is way higher than normal for 55 to be testing at. #A19F14 as #N203VS #A7CC70 as #N601RC #AC17C9 as #N879AD #AD6B34 as #N964C #AE03C5 as #BH405 #AE059B as #TAHOE88 #B6D49D as #BLZRD15 Unsure if all above were involved in the same test or if these were different test and test flights happening at the same time. https://t.co/7U0LWEahPs

#A10635 as #RATT55 ? as #SOAP11 Later than normal appearance from 55. Today's altitudes were from 10,500 feet up to 11,400 feet. Tracked flight time for 55 was 2 hours and 21 minutes. Audio of Joshua control making contact with SOAP11 on the way to meet up with 55. Then Audio of 11 and 55 getting cleared out.

#A10635 as #RATT55 This was an odd one. Only working in the Panamint MOA and R-2524 area and not in Saline and Shoshone MOAs. Test altitude looks to be around 11,000 feet. Was a short test/flight with tracked flight time of 1 hour and 5 minutes. Audio of Joshua control talking to RATT55, asking 55 "you don't want to use the Shoshones anymore?" And guessing 55 said no and ask to go back to the NTTR. Joshua control obliges, tells 55 to maintain VFR at the boundary and frequency change approved. I wonder if this was an orientation flight for the second B-21 that had it's first flight a few weeks ago🤔?

#A10635 as #RATT55 ? as #REARM71 Audio of Joshua control clearing RATT55 into Shoshone MOA. And Joshua asking for REARM71 for a moment of their time. Joshua explains that round robins mess with the system and that Joshua was work on getting 71 cleared by to SZL (Whiteman AFB) and asked it the need certain way point on the way back. I'll update altitudes and such after some sleep 😴. ✌️ out ya'll!

#A10635 as #RATT55 From earlier, up later than normal, making it's appearance at 7:30am local, usually appears at around 5:30am local. Altitude was about 11,000 feet with 1½ laps in their circuit. Returned back to the NTTR after 59 minutes of tracked flight.
