#rbdrills Been calling this one Gopher Drill. Got it from Minnesota so seemed appropriate! I like it for footwork and balance. Love to live read and react at the end of drills now we've seen huge improvement at the LOS by doing that. #rbdrill

#RBDrills Basic ball security drill for warm ups. Usually start pre-practice with a static single ball drill and then 2 as we see here. Concentration is on tight to the chest and wrist above elbow. Ball security everyday! #RBDrill

#RBDrills House drill. Shown this one before shoutout to @dreadneck921 for it. Staple drill for us. Have done this one a bunch with them but am incorporating more live reaction as they've gotten better at navigating space faster and become more efficient runners. #RBDrill

#RBDrills Upgraded technology! Diamond drill. Great for just about any run. Attack the landmark, read & react to angle cut, vertical cut. Big thing I wanted to improve with them this spring is cutting off one foot. This drill helps significantly with that. #RBDrill
