Cavan District Court Judge this morning threw out 20 cases against people who had 'failed to pay their TV Licenses'.
He said that in light of recent 'shenangians' he could not in good conscience impose a fine on 20 individuals!

Is @RTE_PrimeTime not remotely interested in doing a "special report" on the material they were provided with in advance of this show under the Prime Time "Right To Reply" on the content of books which were confirmed to be in the children's section for 12+ in public libraries and book stores?
Do they have nothing to say about the graphic sexual content they falsely led the Irish public to believe were categorised for "young adults", or that which instructs children how to order and administer puberty blockers or join Grindr ? Nothing about the content that teaches children about sexual fetishes?
Do they not intend to comment on the information pointed out to them in advance by Jana Lunden @Jklunden that there are no exclusions under the Children First National Guidelines 2017, for State bodies, therefore, librarians and libraries must adhere to these guidelines and be held to account
just like any individual in society; that, ultimately, RTE in their child safeguarding risk assessment
refer to the Children First Act 2015, The Children First National Guidance 2017 and the UN Convention On The Rights of The Child; that libraries, just like RTE, are under a statutory
obligation to adhere to legislation to safeguard children?
Is @RTE_PrimeTime not interested in public debate about these issues which they glossed over in their so-called "special report" about "a new form of protest", in which they appeared to condone and shift focus from an angry man in a dress throwing liquid at the face of a woman peacefully exercising her right to speak on this very issue?
Or are they only interested in portraying those who act against this shocking indoctrination of and risk of harm to children as "far-right extremists"?
Are they so far-removed from the interests and views of the Irish population that they deliberately try to mask public interest issues, while attacking good men and women, who are doing the job they should be doing, in order to promote a political agenda?
Has RTE received payments from any source with a political or financial interest in this issue?
Is RTE prepared to be fully transparent about any government instruction, lobbying and/or funding from Government agencies, NGOs or other source who support the approved reading list for children and changes to the school curriculum in Ireland?
