So I actually taught the #Romag v. Fossil case yesterday in Trademarks. On the one hand, my students were ready to absorb the opinion today, but on the other, couldn't SCOTUS have just worked a bit faster? I mean it was only 7 pages.

@WCL_PIJIP My prediction is that #SCOTUS will decline #Fossil's invitation to announce that willfulness is required by the Lanham Act to get defendant's profits in a #trademark case, but it will also decline #Romag's invitation to say that the 1999 amendment changed the std.
