Trust in #RTDMgmt is at an all-time low. RTD's operators, maintenance, and sanitation staff are pulling off miracles every day. But leadership has not acted decisively enough to shield riders from the disruptions that should have been predicted.

Reminder that @RideRTD only hired 14 new operators net of attrition as of Aug'23 vs. PY. We need #RTDMgmt and the #RTDBoard to crack down on WHY they have made such little progress compared to LA Metro, a larger agency that pays less/hr w/ same if not bigger social challenges.

@RideRTD We need the #RTDBoardOfDirectors and #RTDMgmt to dig deep into operations and maintenance. The #CopingPanelsProject was severely botched, and the ensuing delays are being exacerbated daily by #ServiceDisruptionAlerts frequently being late or not going out at all.
