Despite my calf cramping up just after the start & having to stop before deciding to carry on, I somehow managed to knock 8 seconds off last year's #RUTTP 5k race! @RUTAKINGP had more meaning for me this year, proud to support a great cause again.

Never thought I could improve my 5k PB, but to smash it by 30 seconds must mean the world stopped turning for half a minute! Congrats to everyone on the planet this morning, you've had your life extended by 30 seconds 😜 And all for a great cause. #RUTTP @RUTAKINGP
