This weekend, Western Uganda becomes a hub of innovation, leadership, and impact at the #RYLABootcamp @RylaD9213. We are proud to be sending 4 alumni as speakers to represent the community. Justice Jussy Atwijukire be speaking – Founder of Khan Kora Farmers Ltd, advancing modern apiculture and supporting youth and women beekeepers to produce high-quality organic honey while strengthening market access. @JackieUmwiza the Founder of Royal Reach Investments and PSFU Western Regional Manager, empowering over 500 farmers (70% women and youth) through agro-processing, value addition, and sustainable agriculture will also be with us. @AnneKalinzi – Founder of Tooro Gallery Foundation, whose work has grown a network of 820 artisans (98% women), connecting local craftsmanship to global markets and transforming livelihoods will be speaking. And the Amazing @AmutuhaireBarb1 -our own Communications lead for Western Cluster will be speaking too. Barbra Amutuhaire is a Rotarian of Rotary Club of Mbarara, as well as a dedicated mental health advocate and communications professional. She is the Founder and Team Lead of Ukara Mental Health Services, where she leads initiatives that promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and support youth across Uganda. These alumni are not just building businesses they are building ecosystems of opportunity. From agriculture to creative industries, their work reflects the power of investing in women, youth, and community-driven solutions. If you’re in the Western Region, this is where you need to be this Sunday 🥳
