I’ll add that at the most recent 9/30/22 #RaabRoundtable @isonewengland VP of System Planning, Dr. Robert Ethier, confirmed that the ISO supports bringing an OSW HVDC line directly into Boston, either at Mystic Generating Station or K Street in So. Boston.
