Today feels like a non-cooking Tuesday as I only warmed up a 2nd serving of rabbit w prunes & cook some potatoes!
75% of household chores are done by women here.

Lunch is superb rabbit with prunes (just 2 legs!) w fresh endive salad + croquettes.
Pairing w Lapa Reserva (Touriga Nacional, 14%ABV) was one of my better decisions!

Add pepper/salt & bake rabbit until goldbrown
Fry onions until golden, add flour
Add rabbit, bouquet garni, mustarded bread and douse w dark beer, simmer 1 hr
Add prunes, prune jam or brown sugar & simmer 1 hr. Thicken if needed.
