I thought the arguments in defence of men's demands to usurp women's rights & spaces in @ForWomenScot & #RachelMeade hearings were astonishing but Jane Russell has hit a new low with her despicable attacks on #SandiePeggie. Truly shameful.
@SocialWorkEng you have learned nothing from losing your court case with #rachelmeade & still persist with this #equalityact contravention, also problematic for ESOL applicants as it makes no sense!
@SocialWorkEng has clearly learned nothing since the damning condemnation of their policies & practice in the #RachelMeade judgement. What will it take for them to apply the law properly? Have you not done your training on the EA PCs yet🤷♀️

It's shocking that @CambsCC hasn't taken account of the ##RachelMeade judgement. No more SWs should be having to go through this. All power to @lizpitthot21228

In a post #RachelMeade, post #CassReview world, surely this should trigger an immediate fitness to practice hearing?
Trainers advising children be removed from parental protection for ideological reasons is a serious risk to the whole family.

🚨New Undercover Exposé 🚨
I sat in on social worker training.
We were told that failing to support autistic or learning disabled people to medically transition should be reported as abusive or neglectful to the local authority.

@SocialWorkEng are absolutely determined not to admit responsibility for any part of the #RachelMeade case. Or to say sorry for the two years of hell they put Rachel through. Quite extraordinary.

Social worker #RachelMeade has won substantial compensation after Westminster Council and Social Work England were found to have wrongly discriminated against her sharing #gender critical posts on social media. @ColeKhan_Law @outertemple https://t.co/gvjFCXFfL1
@SocialWorkEng Any comment after the #RachelMeade judgement yesterday? U implemented a culture of fear/censorship by viciously going after a dedicated, experienced, exemplary sw cos she had the 'wrong views'. U owe her an apology as well & an explanation to all sw's about your lesson learned!
@SocialWorkEng @BigIssue How are your preparations going to provide training for all your staff to educate them in the law around freedom of expression and to remind them that WE LIVE IN A FREE SOCIETY? I'm sure you'll want to prioritise this after your walloping by the ET yesterday for #RachelMeade!
£58K !! Well done Rachel. It's not nearly enough for what you were put through, but lets hope that's 58 thousand reasons to help concentrate the minds of these ideologically captured idiots who put children at direct risk of harm.

Here is the witness statement for #RachelMeade's court case. The accusation of 'transphobia' was in part b/c she shared one of my articles. Delighted she won, here's what I said- sharing for others to use as its a potted 'why sex matters' explainer.

Victory for Rachel Meade!
Social worker Rachel has been awarded almost £58,000, including exemplary damages, from Westminster city council and Social Work England. This has been described by lawyers as an unprecedented move.
She was subjected to harassment by Westminster city council and Social Work England over her gender critical views.
The employment tribunal also called for the council and the watchdog to receive training in principles of freedom of speech.
Congratulations Rachel, you are fully vindicated. We appreciate all that you had to endure to achieve this.
Employers and HR departments - take note!

Rachel Meade awarded extensive damages including unprecedented exemplary damages against a regulator for belief discrimination. Exemplary damages are awarded to punish conduct that is “oppressive, arbitrary or unconstitutional”. They should set an example. Let’s hope they do.

Gosh, Stonewall gives bad advice? Did anyone see that coming? I hope no one in positions of power or influence listened to them or formed policies based on their “it’s ok to go beyond the law” suggestions. #rachelMeade

This is a good point. For every #rachelMeade there are many members too scared to speak up. Professional issues like these should not get to court - systems should allow sensible discussion, otherwise you risk institutional failures in professionalism. And that would be awful.
@HJoyceGender Although Rachel won, it's concerning that a person has to 'stick their neck out' in this way. How many people just 'put up and shut up'?
#rachelMeade’s victory will be important for many members and registrants of professional bodies.
@MForstater Re the final point, the Times says this, which is pps clearer:
Social Work England should within six months “ensure that all its triage staff, investigation staff and case examiners shall receive training on freedom of expression and protected belief”
@HJoyceGender Thank you for your courage and that of others: @jk_rowling @MForstater @sharrond62 @bindelj for speaking-up.
I am wary of declaring victory tho’. That SWE could so confidently persecute #RachelMeade suggests the depth of the intellectual and moral rot, which has not been excised
@AlessandraAster @fharris2011 @BitterTonic @MForstater You sound a little pessimistic. Can't we celebrate our victories and our amazing strong women standing up in the face of this madness? The answer's yes🥳🥳🥳👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼
