For 40 years, he’s been one of the most complete emcees in the game, making timeless songs for the streets, clubs, Billboard charts, and of course, the ladies. Today’s generation may only know LL Cool J as “that guy from NCIS: LA.” But it’s wild to see how many rappers he inspired: Tupac, Biggie, Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, Ludacris, T.I., 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and so on. 🫡 to you, OG, for blazing a trail so bright, everyone else followed.
