just put another apple brown betty in the oven, my second of #rationingweek. i think my whole takeaway from this experiment is that bread pudding is GOOD.

I was going to do 5 days of #RationingWeek but I think tonight might be my last one. I'm seriously sick of red meat. Obviously irl, that would have been a big fat too bad, but I need some protein that is not beef. Oof.

First dinner for #rationingweek. Beef stew and cheese and potato dumplings. It’s been simmering all day and it’s delicious. I’m uncomfortably full. Yummy food all day.

Lunch #1 for #rationingweek #food meat loaf, mashed potatoes, kale salad with roasted butternut squash and shallots and toasted almonds. I usually put a red pepper balsamic glaze on meatloaf but rations.
