RitaDoris Edumchieke Ubah is an Igbo textile artist. In this large appliqué work, she draws upon Northcote Thomas's photographic documentation of 'uli', a traditional Igbo artform associated exclusively by women.

It was such an amazing experience meeting Professors of Anthropology from UK Universities and Museum representatives from Europe where Benin Artifacts are located...Likewise Artists who made paintings from pre-colonial archives.
