Over 20,000 people participated in #RecoveryDayAlberta in Calgary during #RecoveryWeekCalgary And 2,000 + delegates over three days from across Canada descended onto Calgary for the Recovery Capital - 3 Day Alberta Recovery Summit. Powerful conversations were had with three streams, Occupational Health and Safety, Healthcare, and Indigenous Health. We were especially honoured to welcome a National Provincial-Territorial Delegation. In attendance were: Hon. Rob McKee, Minister Responsible for Addictions and Mental Health Services, Minister of Justice and Attorney General, New Brunswick Hon. Lesa Semmler, Minister of Health and Social Services, Northwest Territories Hon. Vijay Thanigasalam, Associate Minister of Mental Health and Addiction, Ontario Hon.
