I went to meet with Volz thinking that we could overcome this. I know there are challenges with every entity, but this seemed overcomable. Eric basically laughed this off and said any type off entity like GRACE and Guidepost was a “joke” as he tried to bully us into accepting McNamara. Made me wonder if he had really gone to visit Guidepost as he had told Brown. We really went every which way to bend to IHOPs requests and still keeping the victims safe….So many meetings. At the end my conviction is the current IHOP leadership care more about self preservation than righteousness.
