The second Board of Partners meeting of the EU-funded #ReLOaD3 project exchanged insights and helped shape next steps for stronger local development and civic engagement
CSOs and people from Drenas/Glogovac, Gjakova/Đakovica, Istog/Istok, Malisheva/Mališevo & Vushtrri/Vučitrn joined EU‑funded #ReLOaD3 discussions, shaping priorities for the upcoming First Public Call.
🎉 Certified! Partner municipalities completed Project Cycle Management training under EU-funded #ReLOaD3, gaining practical skills and strengthening cooperation with CSOs & communities for more impactful local projects.
Together with @EUinAlbania and our partners, we’re strengthening transparent, participatory & accountable public funding for CSOs across #Albania and building stronger local democracy in line with the #EUGrowthPlan and Albania’s Reform Agenda

The EU-funded & UNDP-implemented #ReLOaD3 programme has launched its 3rd phase in the presence of Minister Demo, Ritva Heikkinen of @EUinAlbania, local partners & CSOs.
#ReLOaD3 will support 7 municipalities, fostering inclusive decision-making & active citizen participation.
UNDP Kosovo joined the regional #ReLOaD3 conference in Skopje, where over 100 representatives discussed stronger local governance & civil society across the #WesternBalkans.
With €10M in #EU support, ReLOaD3 has already delivered 100+ community initiatives with more on the way.

Call for municipalities in Albania.
Under the #ReLOaD3 program, funded by the European Union, @UNDPAlbania launches a call for partnerships with interested municipalities.
4 municipalities will be selected to benefit from a grant scheme of 80,000 - 130,000 USD for a period of approximately 40 months. The funds will be used to support civil society organizations in the provision of public services that reflect local priorities.
🗓️ The deadline for applications is 13 June 2025,
⚠️ Municipalities that have been part of ReLOaD1 or ReLOaD2 cannot apply.
