Thousands of educated youth are suffering because of the maximum qualification cap in JKSSB MTS recruitment.
A candidate should not be punished for studying further. Graduation or higher qualification should not close the door to an MTS job.
Remove the maximum qualification cap. Amend the relevant rules and give every eligible aspirant a fair chance to compete on merit.
Students need opportunity, not exclusion.
