Rep. Harris said he would oppose more funding without a new inspector general set up to look over the funding. #RepAndyHarris @RepAndyHarris He seems to have ignored the fact that there is already elaborate financial control and auditing. There have been no stories of any issues with this system. Is the call for a new "inspector general" just a political show for his constituents?
