🚨 RANT: The thing about Vivek running for governor, is that all the morons who will try to make the case against him due to their crippling TDS, will unsurprisingly, make the wrong case against him. "He's too MAGA for Ohio!" as if Ohio didn't become a red state BECAUSE of MAGA, NOT in spite of it. Fucking retards. Same people thought Matt fucking Dolan would have done better than Bernie Moreno, even though for Republicans to win that race, they would have had to limit Brown's crossover support among Trump voters. Who would be better served doing that, an outsider businessman running a populist campaign, or some rich liberal flip-flopper known for caving into the woke mob? Those people were all voting for Harris and Brown anyways. And they did. Problem is, Vivek isn't MAGA enough for Ohio when it comes down to where it matters. Big tech guy who wants higher mass immigration, insinuated (mainly working class) white Americans are stupid, and ran for POTUS in 2024 on putting the US back into Obama's failed globalist TPP trade deal? That's against what Trump and his movement have stood for from day one. Plus, he is vulnerable to attacks on his record that never really came to light during the primaries outside of niche internet circles. Whenever he did get pressed, he gracefully dances around the questions without answering. He's slick, and an extremely intelligent guy. Though, one could argue that could pay off with the electorate just as much as it could tank him. I do think Trump and Vance will campaign for Vivek, and Elon will give him a lot of money. He also has enough of his own to self-fund a great deal, freeing up money for other races. It should be enough for him to win the general election against even a Tim Ryan/Sherrod Brown type candidate. 2018 may have been a different story, but Ohio is just too red at this point, and I don't think we're gonna see a wave like 2018 due to the current political climate. He's also one hell of a workhorse as a campaigner. I just hope he delivers for the people of Ohio instead of the people of Silicon Valley. Otherwise, he may not get another term as governor.
