A very interesting post . Yes the decision of #Kashmiris is paramount and nobody has the right to oppose any decision of #Kashmiris taken through the #RightOfSelfDetermination wherein all the three are on the table . That is demand of all #Kashmiris and then only there can be peace in the subcontinent.All the resistance leaders in Indian administered kashmir were of the same opinion at the start of armed resistance movement and the biggest name for #KashmirBanegaPakistan the late #GeelaniSahib in 2008 accepted this reality and that was the basis of all resistance coming together in the then #CoordinationCommitee and also the #JointResustanceLeadership known by the name of #JRL .
People like me are in the resistance of india based on this principle and we all #Kashmiris on both sides of the divide need to be commited to this principle only to take forward the legacy of all our martyrs who resisted #India all these years starting from 1947
77 years ago today the United Nations Commission for India and Pakistan adopted the resolution proposing the #RightOfSelfDetermination of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. The promise of "free and impartial plebiscite" remained unfulfilled.

All those speculations and side talks within and outside from 5th August 2019 about "betrayal" by Pakistan and sell out of kashmir have put to end. Even Pakistan has done corrective measures of their stand going back to @UNSC resolutions.

This tells it all . Without #SettlingKashmir as per aspirations of #Kashmiris it will be only temporary before the other cycle comes along . This cycle today after five years may be reduced to a month . #Kashmiris will go on fighting for their #RightOfSelfDetermination If there are talks they have to have the following conditions
1. Time bound negotiations guaranteed by a group of countries like USA , China and Russia ( or any two of them )
2. Reintroduction of 35A with international guarantees
3. Road map of implementation of #KashmirRight2SelfDetermination
4. Hurriyat as the representatives of Kashmiris to be represented in the talks .
Regarding above I wrote far back in April 2021 . Now there is need to add one more condition
5. Restoring #IWT with international guarantees of not using water as a weapon in future .
Without this all nothing is going to change on the ground and future .
