By forgine ,casting and machining
✍️Over the last few years, management has invested heavily to transform the company from a CV-focused player into a diversified engineering company.
That’s why massive Capex increase debts
And debts decrease cash flow
Reduced ROCE
And stock price
✍️after continuously bad result
This quarter post great result
✅ Revenue grew ~28% YoY.
✅ EBITDA improved with better operating performance.
✅ Around ₹594 Cr of fresh orders were secured.
Only issue with PAT
Due to Capex cost (interest financial cost and higher depression)
Future outlook 💥
Order book 1500cr and 2800 cr by Fy28
• Targeting 80–85% capacity utilisation.
• Debt reduction of ₹400–500 Cr in FY27.
It will decrease interest cost and PAT
• Rail Wheel business expected to scale up.
• Trailer Axle business to start contributing.
• Better product mix should improve margins.
While peers are available at P/B of more than 6.7
This available at P/B of 3 only
Technically stock moved above 200D MA
And still in range of accumulation
Once it will come out from range
Target is directly 50% from CMP
There is no such risk of lossing at this price

Sometimes it's easier to trade using RSI compared to the main chart.
Notice the massive HBD between w2 low and w4 low and now price is starting to breakout on the RSI while there are no signs of breakout on chart.
For me these are early signs of downside momentum fading.

Looking solid guys (charts)for something real big - guys
Big alert - will be at 660 levels - won't be easy - but if that happens targets of 788, 820 seen - i don't think it mat stop there so target 3 - 1055 and target 4- 1156
Will review post that - My view gets negated below 457 - as in SL - the above may happens in months ahead and not on short term basis
Few important pointers
1. Prom stake addition mild, FII's and DII stake addition
2. Clear bottoms across time frames plus all time frames sync in well
3. Vols build up on weekly
4. Anticipated Golden crossover candidate - check previous instances of golden crossover - and rallies post that
5. Coming from a corrective phase
6. Fundamentals r ok, i don't like the debt and pledge pct areas (take that into picture) - not cheap valuation wise
