ITC #Reversal under #Rule37A: If suppliers miss GSTR-3B by Sept 30 after filing GSTR 1/IFF, reverse availed ITC by Nov 30 via GSTR-3B Table 4(B)(2). System computes amount, details sent via email by GSTN.

SSC-TWT/2269 #GST #Rule37A inserted by #CBIC to claim #ITC. Taxpayers will be required to reserve by 30 Nov the ITC claimed in the last FY in case the supplier fails to deposit the due tax by 30 Sep. Such reversed ITC can be #reclaimed following the deposit of tax by the supplier
