L'hotel no tenia els #forjats fixats pel seu perímetre deixant-los rígids, sinó que els aguantava pel centre com un cambrer aguanta una #safata amb només una mà oberta. Deixant que els forjats "ballin" quan el #terratrèmol belluga el terra, evita que es trenquin i col·lapsin.

L'Hotel #Arts i la Torre #Mapfre són com dos #cambrers que porten una #safata —sent cada safata un forjat— de forma diferent: el "cambrer Arts" porta la safata amb les dues mans, pel perímetre, mentre que el "cambrer Mapfre" porta la safata amb una sola mà, per sota i pel centre.
