Today, #SB845 passed unanimously out of the Senate Judiciary Committee, bringing PA one step closer to legalizing fentanyl test strips and helping to advert thousands of deaths caused by drug overdose. These strips are inexpensive and an evidence-based way of saving lives.
GOP in House is amending #SB845 to go after the NCAA for threatening a boycott of Florida following the passage of SB1028 which bans trans girls from participating in sports. Threatens to forbid use of public funds to be a member of the NCAA, or other organizations.
