Creative energy is often difficult to maintain while handling organisation, admin, budgeting, communication etc so don't allow your own writing to get lost amidst all of that. I like to write in the mornings so I try not to turn on my phone til noon. It works!

When you run creative projects they can become everything you do, so marking out clear time is essentialβand making all your colleagues aware of that allows them to adjust their expectations of your availability and be cognisant of their workloads too!
