During crisis it is common to find protein or even blood in urine.
This is understandable. if you are noticing proteins in urine even when well then you might need to go a step further by doing a urine test called protein creatinine ratio and estimated GFR (eGFR)

The only exception is priapism which can affect the sexual satisfaction of couples and as such should be handled cautiously to prevent ED.

So what to do?
In the advent of priapism it is advisable to try out a few home tricks like take a pee, take a hot bath, and try out exercise like squats, push-ups, running, and of course take pain killers.
