@kickuorg , in partnership with @ngoforum , conducted a Baraza in Kamwezi Subcounty, Rukiga District under the #SCENEproject. Citizens pledged to hold leaders accountable, vote based on performance, & reject vote-selling. Also discussed political roles & service delivery issues.
