I’d build something called SCRUFF: Community Chaos. 😂🦝
Once a month, SCRUFF holders get to vote on ONE ridiculous rule that gets added to a game for 24 hours.
🌙 Low-gravity mode
🍌 Banana weapons
👀 Invisible enemies
🐌 Everyone moves super slow
💀 One-life hardcore mode
Then the community has to adapt and compete under that rule.
The winning idea becomes part of a permanent SCRUFF Hall of Chaos.
I think this would be more than utility. It would give holders a reason to actually say:
“WAIT… what crazy thing did SCRUFF add this month?” 😂🔥
That kind of unpredictability could make the community part of the game itself.

What if every SCRUFF NFT had its own playable identity? 🎮🦝
Your Scruff’s traits could determine its starting stats, abilities, or special moves across the six games.
Rare trait? Unique ability.
Different outfit? Different playstyle.
High-level holder? Unlock new challenges.
Then add a “Scruff Evolution” system where playing games gives your NFT XP and unlocks cosmetic upgrades or special abilities.
That would make each Scruff feel less like something sitting in a wallet and more like a character you actually build a story with.

What excites me most about scruff is the potential behind having multiple games instead of relying on just one experience. Out of the six games, i'm most interested in seeing which one can build the strongest competitive and replayable community.
For holder utility, i'd love to see scruff holders get meaningful benefits beyond simply holding. Early access to new games, exclusive tournaments, special in game items, and community rewards would make holding scruff feel like being part of the ecosystem rather than just owning a token.
One feature i'd really like scruff to build next is a unified player profile where users can track achievements, game stats, rewards, and progress across all six games.
That could make the whole scruff ecosystem feel much more connected.

I spent some time looking through what scruff is building at https://t.co/INs384zAhC and i think the gaming side has the most potential.
There are already six games, so instead of treating them as separate things, i'd love to see scruff turn them into one bigger experience.
Maybe each game has its own purpose, but playing across all of them unlocks something you wouldn't get from just sticking to one.
That would give people a reason to actually explore the whole ecosystem, not just show up once and disappear.

But the feature I’d build next?
SCRUFF Season Pass + Global Leaderboard.

That creates a reason to:
