A message to Mr.#Thuingaleng_Muivah, NSCN-IM Supremo: Remember the words of #SC_Jamir: “Leave the future of the Naga people to the Naga people.” Mr.#VS_Atem, Thuingaleng deputy should well remember that SC Jamir, Former CM of Nagaland and former Governor of Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and Odisha is the only surviving Naga who signed the the 16-point Aggreement of 1960, which paved the way for Nagaland becoming a state of India. If he's not mandated to represent Naga voice, who else is? SC Jamir was also associated with the Naga People’s Convention (NPC) and participated in the negotiations that led to the 16-Point Agreement of 1960, way before Muivah was in the political picture of Naga People's movement. @ndtv @ANI @IndiaTodayNE @the_hindu @timesofindia @TimesNow @IndianExpress
