@SDIRC_PD It's interesting how both are needed in this process. Managers are compliant with the task but lacks innovation. Starters begin the work that needs to be done but lacks follow through #empower #ireadtolead #sdircchat.
@SDIRC_PD A4: Self-managers may have the work ethic but not the innovation. Self-starters who are not self-managers will have a hard time sticking to it unless they partner with someone who can bring that strength to the table.
