All SEC FOIAs “Granted in Full/Denied in Part”: 11.8% MMTLP FOIAs “Granted in Full/Denied in Part”: 0.057% And look at the share of total FOIAs: 2026 → MMTLP = 6.58% of all SEC FOIAs 2025 → MMTLP = 9.77% of all SEC FOIAs So what does the data show? A massive volume of requests… and almost zero disclosure. Year after year. But sure — “nothing unusual,” and we’ll just “see” if anything stands out. MMTLP NBH #SECdenials #SECFOIAfraud The SEC’s latest 2026 Regulatory Agenda highlights innovation, crypto expansion, IPO revitalization, and broader retail access to private markets, but it still does not address the unresolved MMTLP issue. Yes, many forward‑looking priorities are outlined, from embracing new technology to strengthening investor protection guardrails. But none of these commitments acknowledge the thousands of investors still waiting for answers about the MMTLP trading halt, missing transparency, and the events that occurred over 1,300 days ago. If the SEC is serious about “protecting investors” and maintaining “fair, orderly, and efficient markets”, then resolving past market failures must be part of that mission. When will we start to do our job and enforce the rules already established? We need advocacy, engagement, and action; not silence, to finally bring closure to the MMTLP community. https://t.co/fqc8PIAMTi
