It's takes a village y'all. I feel like this year I've been more susceptible to growing my crew than I typically am comfortable with. My goal this year has been to be a sponge and learn from everyone- from administrators to custodial staff, and I have! #SISTLAP

To me growth = success. I feel like there are so many ways I've "failed," but then I reflect on how much I've learned for next year and that growth is what produces change and success. Being stagnant doesn't get you anywhere, professionally, personally, spiritually, etc #sistlap
A2: To me success is opening the eyes of another person and creating personal growth I always tell my kids at the beginning of the year that I don't care if they don't learn history, but rather learn to be a good person, I would be satisfied. We're more than teachers. #SISTLAP
