1. Growth (20-30%)
That part is sorted.✅
Revenue moved from 201 Cr to 244 Cr a ~21% growth. Right within what they guided.
2. Margins (target ~8.5%)
This is where things slipped.❌
Profits are down ~30% and margins have taken a hit.
The expected benefit from the battery piece hasn’t shown up yet.
3. Battery business (margin booster)
Acquisition is done, story sounds good…
but numbers haven’t caught up yet. Still early.
4. Manufacturing shift (towards 80-85%)
You can see the intent…capex is done, assets have increased.
But returns are not there yet. Typical “invest now, benefit later” phase.
5. Balance sheet
This has actually improved.✅
Debt is lower, equity is stronger
So financially they’re in a better position.
6. Working capital
This is the weak spot right now. ❌
Receivables have gone up (38 Cr →51 Cr)
Operating cash flow is negative (-8 Cr)
So yes, sales are growing… but cash isn’t coming in as fast.
7. Expansion
Growth is visible, so expansion is happening.
But margins are taking the hit.
Again, normal in early stages.
Final view
Growth is there.
But margins and cash flow need to catch up.
And that is what really matters from here over the next few quarters.
