The belief, apparently held by both #Tom_Gordon and #Iain_Macwhirter that the #Salmond_Case will derail the agenda at the #SNP_Conference will only be true if the #SNP_Leadership and the #SNP_delegates allow it to do so. It should not be on anybody's agenda - it's sub-judice.
