Monday morning update! On the right track. Lost 4lbs this week. I feel like this will probably settle down soon to 2lbs a week. But at least I'm only 27lbs away from my next tattoo! #spnfit

I had a bad day today & ate more than my calories allowance. I had a choice, wallow in self pity or accept it & do better next time. I decided on the second option. I jumped onto my recumbent bike & knocked out 8 miles for the first time. This actually made me under goal! #spnfit

I know it might not be big for most y'all, but I just started on day 4 of counting calories. I've been under my limit of calories all 3 days. 😃 It's quite hard for me to go from overeating to limiting my food, but I know this works when I stick to it. I gotta be strong! #SPNFIT

Did my first mile walk in a long time (so used to my recumbent bike). I couldn't find my shirts, so I just wore my pants.. Well apparently they did NOT like all the hills and my thick thighs. #spnfit #selflove
