On top of that, the renewed U.S- IRAN-related news flow has brought back the same pattern of frequent gap-ups and gap-downs, making the market even more unpredictable. If we talk about stock-specific action, there are several sectors that continue to look strong, such as #PHARMA, #AUTO, #DEFENCE, #CHEMICALS, #TEXTILES, and #REALTY . Many stocks in these sectors are showing healthy volume expansion and quality breakouts. However, the biggest issue remains the Lack of follow-through. Recently, we've seen even the highest-quality setups struggling to perform. Out of every 10 trades, around 8 are hitting SL or Cost SL, while only 2 manage to work. More often than not, you're not even in those winning trades, which only creates unnecessary FOMO. It's better to wait for a healthier market environment. During difficult phases, the financial loss is one thing, but the mental damage is often much greater. If you keep forcing trades now, there's a good chance you won't be mentally fresh or confident enough to take the opportunities when the market finally becomes favourable again.
