Price is finding support around the 20 EMA while holding above the prior breakout area. The structure remains constructive.

I'd still prefer to see stronger volume within the base before getting interested again. Also worth noting that the railway sector isn't showing broad participation at the moment.

Looks like a developing VCP (Volatility Contraction Pattern).

• Contractions: 58.8% → 37.8% → 13.4%
• Reversed sharply from the 50 DEMA
• Selling pressure continues to fade
• Weekly structure remains constructive

Now it's all about whether buyers can reclaim the recent highs with conviction.

New Position: #DREDGECORP

Took a half-sized position.

What I like:

✅ Strong earnings move with volume expansion
✅ Weekly big base under formation
✅ Price respecting 50 EMA → 20 EMA
✅ Signs of supply absorption after the earnings move
✅ Higher lows being maintained

Why only half quantity?
⚠️ Stock is still inside the larger base
⚠️ Risk is ~4% to day low
⚠️ Historical price action has been choppy and not very clean

Not a textbook setup for me, but the recent price action is improving.

Starting small and letting the stock prove itself.

Will look to add on constructive price action or a decisive breakout from the weekly base.

SL: DL & Recent Swing

Ideally, I would have started with a half position and added the rest once price reclaimed the 10 EMA with confirmation.

But considering the strength in the defence theme, I decided not to take that chance.

If the stock retraces, the plan is to close half the position near the day low SL and let the remaining half run with the recent swing low as the stop.

Sometimes the heart wins over the rulebook. Let's see how it plays out.

The contraction was shallow.
The trend stayed intact.
The breakout came with momentum.

When strong stocks refuse to correct much, pay attention. That's often a sign of underlying demand.

The strongest trends don't move in one straight line.

They climb one step at a time.

🚀 Followed by a 40% move over the next 17 trading days

But the bigger lesson isn't the numbers.

Notice how the stock kept forming small consolidations, followed by fresh breakouts, creating a perfect staircase pattern.

Each pause became the foundation for the next move.

#ELECON is shaping up nicely on the daily chart.

The stock has already rallied nearly 60% from its recent lows and is going through a healthy contraction with volatility reducing at each pullback.

Volume has dried up significantly during this consolidation, suggesting selling pressure is fading. If this continues, a Cup & Handle / VCP-like setup could be in the making.

The setup still needs confirmation. I'd like to see some constructive volume within the base before considering a low-risk entry.
