First, #ECI officially announced that there will be no #SIR in Assam due to #NRC, then after the results of Bihar Assembly Elections were announced, Assam State Election Commission announced that there will be #SRinAssam. Now it is coming to light that among the BLOs appointed for many assembly constituencies, the BLOs of specific religious community were removed and new BLOs were appointed. What is happening?
