The children enjoyed our ‘skittles’ experiment. They placed the skilled around the edge of the bowl, added warm water and then watched in fascination as the colours from the dye dissolved and diffused through the water into a beautiful rainbow swirl.

Reception had a fantastic time at Forest School. They relaxed in the swings and hammocks, they played in the mud kitchen, used natural resources and clay to make hedgehogs and even toasted marshmallows! #SSMReception

Class R have made a snowman from a sock. We filled part of the sock with rice, tied it up and added eyes and buttons and a scarf. We then made the hat and put it on the snowman. #SSM #SSMReception #SSMExpressiveartanddesign
