For the second year, ComEd is sparking curiosity among Chicagoland high school students by bringing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education to their homes through ComEd STEM Home Labs.

This month, our students made #STEM come alive with their very own zoetrope animation devices. They also built a Volta pile, which is a basic battery, to power each zoetrope!

With ComEd mentors and influential scientists, we brought #STEM labs to Chicagoland homes. The interactive, online and entirely hands-on kits arrived at students’ homes and opened new doors into STEM. #STEMHomeLabs
