It's a good time to mention that one of Orit Strook's sons, Zviki Strook, was once convicted and sentenced to two and a half years in prison for abducting and torturing a 15-year-old Palestinian child. He got out 9 months early. More of the horrible details: "The incident occurred in July 2007, when Strook - along with another person - kidnapped and beat the Palestinian boy. The two then took the boy to an open field. There they continued to beat him, stripped him of his clothes, and then threw him with his face covered and his hands tied. He remained tied for hours, and only after he managed to free himself, did he manage to reach a nearby road, from where passersby picked him up and took him back to his village. He was hospitalized in Nablus and was diagnosed with bruises and cuts all over his body. In addition to that incident, Strook was convicted of slapping the same boy in the face and kicking to death a new-born baby goat that was with the boy at the time." Minister Strook lives in the Jewish settlement in Hebron and has 11 children.
