This is purely a technical play. The fundamentals are good as of now and expected to become great in the coming years.

Timeframe - 3 to 5 Years
Technicals: The stock has been consolidating for the last 12-15 quarters. Look at the volume during this time, it is considerably higher compared to the previous 15-20 quarters. The stock can break out anytime soon with good volume, initiating Wave 3, which would be fierce. A monthly close above 325 will initiate the impulse

Fundamentals: The fundamentals are interesting. The top line, bottom line and all other macro factors are growing in a stable trendline. I would say it is a decent business number without any flaws.

Shareholding: With more than 50% promoter holding and a consistent increase in FII numbers, this is a decent number too without any big negatives.

Technicals: The complex Wave 4 which has been prevailing over the last 3-4 years is about to end.
Monthly close above 500 will clear the way towards 2500+ in the next 3-5 Years in the Wave 5.

Share Holding: FII has reduced the stake from 21% to 17% in the last few quarters while DII & MF have increased their stake from 6.5% to 10.#% during the same period. Nothing much negative

Fundamentals: Over the last 5-6 years, the revenue has increased by 3x and the profits have increased by 2 to 2.5x, yet the stock returns are flat to negative during this period. We have seen such patterns earlier in #OFSS and #SBIN, which became 2x in no time.

Technicals: Just look at the chart structure. We are in 1 of 3 of 3 as per the EW pattern. The current move is generally the 2nd most bullish one after 3 of 3 of 3. Great accumulation has happened since Covid lows followed by a dull period for the last 3 years. Now the stock looks to start its bullish move again. The stock is fresh & new to me, so I will start accumulating it this week. It would be great if I get enough time to accumulate, maybe 3 or 6 months, but I am not gonna miss such a stock that too from the #Infra sector.

Fundamentals: It has been decent enough for a while & has a lot of potential in the coming years as it can grow with the nation, Infra being the backbone of all. In the last 3 quarters, it has delivered a decent bottom line, the Annual results are expected this week & I am expecting a decent one though. So much potential with the company, industry & sector, it is a great choice looking at the current valuations

Shareholding: This pattern is also looking great, with promoters holding about 44% stake in it, the only concern point is that some portion of it is pledged. But the beauty is, they have delivered good performance even with this too, thus making it more attractive expecting them to do good when they're unpledged. FII has constantly been buying a stake in it over the last 4 quarters & doubled their holding from under 2.5% to over 5% now. That's a great sign. So it seems they are sensing something in it??

Technicals: All details are clearly mentioned on the above chart. With the formation of the current chart structure, it is most likely that we can expect a breakout soon from this range & move higher. It may take a few months which it has already did, but the path looks clear.

Even the shareholding pattern is not looking good. Just OK OK type of holding only. The only good thing is, that there is some consistent holding from the FII & it is above 10% on average. Promotors have reduced their pledge

As I always give more weightage to Technicals, I would never miss any stock with such a chart structure. But at the same time, not going to be too optimistic too looking at the two risky points which are not favourable now.
Right now, holding this stock only with the medium-term target of 135-140 in mind. When we are at that zone, maybe 2 years from now, let's review the Fundamentals & Shareholding pattern once again.
