@AlyssaLotmore @OfficialMacroSW A3. I use to believe of the generic typical view of social workers, and growing up often thought that they didn’t do very much. Now that I am on my journey to become a social worker, I now know that social workers have no limits. We are greatly needed. #MacroSW #SW3100

I definitely agree, it’s kind of unfair because there should possibly be a way to keep all employees under the union working, i was once bumped and laid off due to having the least amount of seniority on a job. #SW3100 #MacroSW

In similar fashion, when layoffs occur the person with the least amount of seniority often is the first to go because of "job bumping" arrangements. #MacroSW #SP20SOWK515

@spcummings A3. Some strengths of labor unions would be the benefits that comes with it, the union fighting for the employees. Some criticism might be the cost? I’ve heard many say the cost to be in the union is what pushes them away, especially when the wage is low #SW3100 #Macrosw

@spcummings @SEIU That’s great. I am currently apart of a Union at my current job, can’t quite remember the name of the Union. But i was apart of UAW local 22 for about 2 years. I believe unions are a great thing to be apart of. They fight for what’s right #SW3100 #macrosw
