Emotions, who needs them.
I cut mine out many years ago and
cast them to the oceans as devotion
and such is much an interference
in the art of quick smart plain
speaking.
Sneaky things emotions, with an
extensive history of taking one on
offensives and defensives to the
point of making no sense immensely
tense and caught up in attachments
and ill planned perceived matches.
The dispatching of emotions was
for me a necessity, as it's confessed
that no matter what one does for the
best in all things care related it's
never enough or never appreciated.
Elevated states, from misty eyed
to fisticuffs and all the stuff of
emotional life, with safe havens a
thing that would not exist, and only
do due to the profound persistence
of ever twisting emotional and
devotional states.
I can appreciate, but for fervent or
ardent feelings my real has no wish
to land such a catch.
Whether it's love or hate, or any of
the vast batch of emotions, there's
a negation of logical sense and stable
judgement gives way to a devotion
which on many occasions has been
taken to extremes.
Seemingly so, this theme works for
me, with either an appreciation or
a choice to simply ignore that in my
sight and fighting to make a point
is all too prevalent, and emotional.
