Has anyone else experienced diabolical customer service from #sagainsurance? My car has been waiting for them to give the garage the go ahead to repair it since 15/12/22 one excuse after another

#SAGAinsurance are underwritten by #Collinsoninsurance for Travel not sure about anything else.. avoid at all costs.. they are BAD for your Blood Pressure.

@Isobel_waby Oddly enough I only looked yesterday at getting quote from them for house insurance, it was nearly twice what my regular(5 years) insurer wanted.

My parents have now received two letters pertaining to be from #SagaInsurance, both of which have been scams , asking for bank details to re-instate a monthly direct debit for #carinsurance , people beware #scamalert #SAGA

#SAGAInsurance Part 5: so nearly two months on my kitchen is still gutted, stripped to bare walls & no electrics. I can’t get any answer from customer service nor have I received any correspondence, compensation, clean up for the debris their workmen @SagaUK left!

#SAGAInsurance Part 4: a valuer assesses rebuilding costs of entire house (!) although fire just gutted kitchen. He says we’ve underestimated original valuation of building insurance & sets total rebuilding cost @ 4 times the market value if we put house up for sale! @SagaUK

#SAGAInsurance Part Two: so my @BoschGlobal washing machine caught fire & my insurers @SagaUK got involved back in July. A team came in & stripped the kitchen leaving this mess below. We had to do the clean up ourselves. Can’t even get #Saga to pick up the phone!

My mum has always been meticulous in her upkeep of her car (a mini) only 6 years old. When she took me to the hospital the other week she pranged it on a bollard by the car park! #SagaInsurance are saying it's uneconomical to repair!!! How much is a bonnet? It was still driveable

Renew my home insurance in “a few easy steps” according to #sagainsurance is actually not so easy when I am repeatedly told I have entered my surname incorrectly! I may be old but I still know my own name!

About time @sagauk #sagainsurance pulled their finger out and settled my daughters insurance claim. Your driver totally at fault yet still dragging your heels 6 weeks on! Had to replace written off car in meantime at my cost @financialombuds

Saga insurance think this is suitable accommodation for a 91 year old with Alzheimer’s and her 75 year old husband!!!! They have to stay here for two to three weeks!!! #sagainsurance
